Custom Conveying & Batching Systems — Export Project, France
We’re delighted to share that a bespoke conveying and material handling solution has just left our facility, bound for a prestigious low-carbon cement research and innovation centre in France.
This export project comprises a suite of seven precision-engineered units, purpose-built to handle the accurate dosing and transfer of cementitious and supplementary materials in a demanding R&D environment.
Hopper Units
Loss-in-Weight Screw Hopper
A high-accuracy gravimetric dosing unit designed to deliver consistent, repeatable material flow — critical to research-grade batching applications where precision is non-negotiable.
Belt Hopper
A robust volumetric feed hopper providing reliable, continuous material delivery to downstream process equipment.
Z-Conveyors
Five Swan-Necked, Flighted Z-Conveyors
Each unit is purpose-designed to elevate and transfer dry bulk materials with minimal degradation. The flighted flights ensure positive material control on the incline, while the characteristic swan-neck profile allows for seamless integration into tight process layouts.
Finish & Livery
All seven units leave our factory finished in a bold cobalt blue with striking yellow detailing — a distinctive livery that’s as functional as it is eye-catching, ensuring clear visibility and a professional aesthetic on the plant floor.
Delivering for the Future
This project is a strong example of our capability to deliver complete, coordinated conveying solutions for technically demanding, internationally recognised facilities. We wish the system many years of productive service in support of a greener future for the cement industry.
